All of our composite deck boards come with a warranty of between 10 and 30 years depending on the product selected. This warranty guarantees that your decking will be free of material defects in workmanship and materials. See our Warranty page for further details.

Once your order has been received and processed, a member of the DeckPlus team will contact you to arrange a delivery date. Your order will be delivered on a pallet by our delivery partner or via our own in-house van delivery service, and goods will be unloaded at your property either kerbside or onto your driveway (provided access is available).

You have the right to cancel your DeckPlus order for any reason as long as you do so within 14 days of the delivery date. Please call the DeckPlus team on 029 2080 3756 to notify us that you wish to cancel your order. Cancellations MUST be made by telephone – we will not accept cancellations received via email or any other contact method.

Once you have notified us of your wish to cancel an order, you must return the goods to us at your own cost. You are responsible for arranging transport and insurance of the goods, and all returns must be sent in the original packaging. Please note that goods purchased in our clearance sale cannot be returned. See our Returns page for more information.
