Returns Policy



Please call the DeckPlus team on 0800 028 8756 to notify us that you wish to cancel your order. Cancellations must be made by telephone – we will not accept cancellations received via email or any other contact method.

Once you have notified us of your wish to cancel an order, you must return the goods to us at your own cost. You are responsible for arranging transport and insurance of the goods, and all returns must be sent in the original packaging.

Please note that goods purchased in our clearance sale cannot be returned.

Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receipt. Please do not return any goods to us until you have called 0800 028 8756 and notified DeckPlus of the cancellation.

What if my order is damaged or incorrect?

If your DeckPlus / TimberTech products arrive in unsatisfactory condition, or if the wrong items are delivered to you, please call 0800 028 8756 and notify us within 2 working days of delivery.
